There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Sessions that are cancelled with less then 24 hours will be deducted from the paid plan.

Plans are non-refundable once paid for. They can be used for later sessions, within 6 months, if one cannot begin the month package at the time of payment.

Having reliable internet or phone service is necessary for these sessions.
